Ø Notify by e-mail before arrival of spare parts, AWB/Packing list/ Proforma invoice to be required.
Ø Customs clearance for spare parts (Air freight) will take 2working days.
Ø Notify if the spare parts is urgent before it arrives Shanghai.
Ø Send the spare parts after vessel’s arrival or upon arrival. Clearance can only be processing after vessel reaches Shanghai. If the spares reaches before vessel’s arrival, a high expense for storing in customs warehouse will be charged.
B: For any spare parts comes from domestic, confirmation from superintendent is needed before delivery to vessel, also required to clarify the expenses (ie. Transportation/crane charge/shipyard management fee) will be covered by our agency or the supplier.

2. Invitation letter& Chinese Visa
Ø Notify 2days before request of invitation letter.
Ø Notify 2days before sign-off for transit visa.
If ship’s owner/superintdent travels along with the vessel to Shanghai, please note he will not be able to get into the hotel on the first night but stay on vessel; transit visa is required to applied on signing off.
*Notify us in advance for tech’s boarding pass arrangement, invitation as E-mail from owner side is all required.

3. Pilot booking
Ø Pilot application for vessel’s arrival &departure should be notified 24hrs in advance. Email notify is required to be sent to agent; Notify 48hrs in advance for large size of vessel (DWT ＞75000tons).
Ø Notify 18hrs in advance it the cancelation of pilot is necessary.
We will try best to get the pilot for exact time on request, but by consideration of weather condition, tide, traffic, pilot station may give different times, their decision will be final.
The pilot time may be changed in case of the bad condition of weather, tide and traffic.
