1. The documents for port clearance should be send one week before vessel's arrival. Herewith the list of the required documentation.
1) Ship's particular
2) Ballast water reporting form
3) Report on pollution substance for repairing ship
4) Application of pumping out hold washing, ballast and bilge
5) Crew list with excel form
6) Free Pratique
7) Convention on Civil Liability for Bunker Oil Pollution Damage
8) Crew's effects declaration
9) Ship's stores declaration
10) Health declaration
Among them, item 1 to item 7 is required before vessel arrives CJK. Item 5 & 6 will be collected by our boarding agent when vessel alongsides. Item 8 refers to the vessel from abroad.
Beside these documentation, we'll also send 20 questions for port clearance which are required before arrival.

2. For the vessels which are going to HRDD shipyard is Shanghai areas, following files are required to be applied to MSA one week in advance for vessel's entry formalities .
1) Ship's particular
2) Port of call list
3) Nationality/ Registry
4) ISSC
5) SMC

3. If vessel's last port of call is from China domestic
1) Provide us the contact details of last port agency
2) Forward us the copy of Port Clearance when vessel leaves last port
